In 2018, Golden Stupa Media assumed responsibility for The Institute of Ecotechnics (IE) websites, hosting, cloud services and design. IE has global operations with numerous websites for projects such as ecological restoration efforts in the United States, Australia, Puerto Rico, Argentina, as well as a gallery in London. Most famously, the IE founders designed and implemented the initial vision for the Biosphere 2 project near Tucson, Arizona.
To better serve the institutes’ web and hosting needs, we migrated their websites to one of our Virtual Private Server (VPS) so that their various projects could have cPanel hosting account segregation for security and appropriate resource allocation. We have also made stylistic and functional upgrades to their primary website. Check out their great projects and vision for the future of humanity: harmony between technology and ecology!
In 2021, we created a new home page, donations and project pages and updated the theme. We also setup a new donations system using WP Give.
