While we always strive to provide tailored training and documentation to web development clients once their site is being launched, we understand that most clients desire to complete basic maintenance like updating WordPress, their theme and plugins themselves. Nowadays, this is usually a pain free experience, where few errors or issues arise from updating the website’s software. In addition, we retain backups for up to 2 years, and are also quick to resolve errors after an updated plugin has caused them.
