By default, our shared and VPS hosting plans are considered “unmanaged”. This means that while we do track server and account level performance, security and risks, and help our customers resolve basic problems with their accounts, we do not provide ongoing maintenance of your cPanel account or individual websites. Managed hosting means that we, your hosting provider, provide additional maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting and reporting for your hosting account. The level of management can also cover your individual websites. We have fixed rate monthly and annual fees for this service for individual shared hosting plans as well as VPS plans. Managed hosting plans that also cover websites are quoted on a case by case basis, depending on the number of websites and their complexity.
